What you send us

We only ask for what we need to answer you properly. Depending on where you reach out, that may include:

• Your business email address, company name, office suburb and office size when you unlock the Sydney Cleaning Cost Guide.
• Your name, phone number, email address, business or suburb and message when you request a quote or contact us.
• Your preferred day and time when you book a short call, so we can put it in the calendar.
• Your application details — background, availability and relevant experience — when you apply to work with us.

How we use your details

• To reply, usually within one business day, and to send you the guide or quote you asked for.
• To prepare a written, fixed-price quote and to arrange a free site inspection at your office.
• To book, confirm and remind you about a call, so nobody has to chase a time down.
• To keep a record of our conversation, so whoever looks after your account already knows what matters to you.
• To follow up after a clean, and to let you know about anything that affects the service we provide you.

Where your details sit

Your information is held in our own secure website database. A few services help us run the day-to-day:

• Google Calendar holds the time of a booked call or reminder.
• Our email provider delivers confirmations and notifications to the Equilux team.
• Website analytics tells us which pages visitors read, so we can improve the site.

What we never do

• We don't sell, rent or trade your details with anyone.
• We don't add you to third-party marketing lists or pass your details to other businesses.
• We don't collect household information — Equilux is a commercial cleaning company, so our records are about businesses and their offices.
• We never ask for payment, card or bank details by email.

How long we keep things

• Enquiry, quote and guide-access details are kept while we're in contact with you and for as long as it's useful to your account.
• If you ask us to remove your details, we do — unless we're legally required to keep a record.
• You can stop hearing from us at any time by replying to any email or writing to the address below.

Your choices

• Ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, or ask us to correct them.
• Ask us to delete your details and close your record.
• Block or clear website analytics cookies in your browser settings — the site still works without them.
