Safety handled before
the first visit.

Whoever cleans your office works under your roof and your rules. If someone is hurt on your site, or a chemical is left where it shouldn't be, it's your building, your insurer and your reputation that deal with it. So our safety processes run before the work starts, and keep running every visit.

Why it matters

Safety is the part of cleaning you can't see.

Anyone can promise a spotless office. What separates one contractor from another is what happens behind the scenes on a Tuesday night when nobody from your business is there.

The risk sits with you

A cleaning contractor's habits become your exposure. Weak processes don't disappear when the contract is signed — they land on your building manager, your insurer and your tenants.

Procurement asks the same questions

Strata managers, facilities teams and government buyers all want the same thing before approving a contractor: documented methods, current chemical records and proof of cover.

Cover that backs it up

$20M public liability and workers compensation insurance, with certificates and police checks available on request for contracts that need them.

How it works

Six things we don't leave to chance.

Safe work method statements

The tasks at your site are written down with how each one is done safely — the method the team actually works to, not a generic document filed and forgotten.

Chemical registers and data sheets

Every product used at your site sits on a chemical register with its safety data sheet, kept current, stored and labelled the way it should be.

Site inductions

Cleaners are inducted to your site before working solo — entry and alarms, emergency exits, restricted areas and the rules your building already has.

Trained and kitted for the job

Training covers the equipment, products and surfaces at your site, with the right protective gear for the task, so nothing is improvised on the day.

Hazards and incidents reported

A spill, a broken fixture, a trip risk or a near miss is logged and reported to you the same visit — not left for someone else to find.

On a live site

How safety runs week to week.

  1. 1. Before the first visit

    The site gets written down

Tasks, chemicals and access are documented for your building — method statements, a chemical register with data sheets, and an induction covering entry, exits and restricted areas.

  2. 2. Every visit

    The plan gets followed

Cleaners work to the documented method with the right protective gear, and the visit is logged — so the safe way is the normal way, not something that only happens when someone is watching.

  3. 3. When something isn't right

    It gets raised, not buried

Hazards and incidents are logged and reported to you the same visit, then followed up with a fix. If you'd rather your building manager or strata committee heard directly, we'll work that way too.

For your compliance file

Building managers and procurement teams usually ask for the same paperwork before a contractor is approved. We'd rather send it up front than chase it later — ask and we'll provide:

  • Safe work method statements
  • Chemical register with safety data sheets
  • Public liability and workers compensation certificates
  • Police check certificates
  • An overview of our WHS processes
  • Site induction records
